A: ORICO cannot provide SSD data recovery, please consult a third-party data recovery company

Q: Why is the hard drive capacity less than the marked capacity?

A: For example: Windows operating system: 1GB=1024MB, Mac operating system: 1GB=1000MB. Due to different measurement standards used, the actual capacity displayed by the computer may be smaller.
