Refund And Returns Policy
➤ Overview
- Please contact us if the product is damaged, defective, wrong, or incomplete when it is delivered.
- Newaz Enterprise will replace/refund according to the following terms and conditions.
➤ Refunds Policy
- The product and box must be in perfect and intact condition.
- The product must be returned with the original manufacturer's packaging without any damages.
- The product must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and without any flaws or changes.
- You have to return the product to the Newaz Enterprise Dhaka Or Chittagong branch by yourself within a maximum period of 7 calendar days from the delivery date.
- You have to include all the documents such as user manuals, tags, warranty cards, freebies, or accessories.
- You have to email us at sales@newazent.com or register a complaint within 48 hours of receiving the delivery.
- Newaz Enterprise reserves the right to cancel your order at any time even after order confirmation. In this case, if paid in advance we will refund the amount within 10 days.
- The ordered product will be delivered based on the available stock. The product delivery can take longer than expected due to unavoidable circumstances.
