➤ Warranty
- Newaz Enterprise provides those products warranty which a warranty provided by the manufacturers. As of service, and support policies as per the manufacturer's warranty to the customer. Which aims to provide peace of mind for users all across the world.
- All product warranties declared at the time of sale are essentially warranties provided by the product manufacturer. That is, the warranty service of the sold product is mainly carried by the parent company of the particular brand. Each brand is different in terms of warranty service and their terms and conditions are mentioned on their official website. In this regard, the subsidiary Newaz Enterprise is acting as a means of enforcing the warranty service terms of the original brand companies.
➤ The warranty policy is as follows:
- The warranty provided is in addition to the rights granted to you by applicable laws and legislation.
- Unless otherwise explicitly stated in documents or information, any agreement, or otherwise by Newaz Enterprise or the specific seller/site/store directly.
- The following are usually NOT covered by the warranty:
- Defects caused by disassembling the product, third-party modifications, neglect, wrongful use, etc.
- Defects caused by normal wear and tear
- Consumable items such as mouse grips, mouse skates, etc.
- Damage caused by electrical, fire, water, or other events of force majeure.
- As per standard warranty guidelines, Newaz Enterprise will honor the warranty, when applicable, and will provide a warranty repair or warranty replacement.
- Products undergoing a warranty repair or replacement will be inspected, and the final decision rests upon the store/site of purchase. For items damaged during shipping and handling, they will be looked at on a case-by-case basis, with the responsibility falling on the courier.
- The customer shall provide proof of product purchase (invoice, money receipt) to receive warranty service. Customers will pay return shipping charges for products under warranty.

- A warranty is a service that is an agreement between the manufacturer or importer and the buyer. Under this contract, the buyer manufacturer, or importer is responsible for repairing or replacing the goods sold. Newaz Enterprise provides full assistance to the customer in obtaining warranty service for purchased products and Newaz Enterprise acts as an intermediary between the customer and the manufacturer or importer.
➤ TERMS OF PAYMENT
- We cordially request you to check the stock availability before making any payments is strongly advised. Through the digital payment channel SSLCOMMERZ, online payments will be accepted. With online payment, there will be additional gateway fees. If a payment needs to be refunded, the process could take up to 15 working days and could incur additional expenses. Any additional fees that were deducted at the time of the payment will not be reimbursed in the event of a refund request. SSLCOMMERZ will retain ownership of all payment conditions and rights. ➤ LISTING OF PRODUCTS
- All product-related material included here or referred to on our website is as accurate as possible according to Newaz Enterprise's standards. This includes all item descriptions, images, compatibility references, full specs, pricing, links, and other information. We cannot guarantee that any item descriptions, photographs, compatibility references, detailed specifications, pricing, links, or other product-related information listed are entirely accurate, complete, or current due to human error and other determinates, nor can we take responsibility for these errors.
➤ PROCESSING AND DELIVERY TIME
- Newaz Enterprise will process your order within 48-72 hours (approximately) if the ordered product is in stock and there are no problems with payment verification. Even though Newaz Enterprise cannot promise same-day shipping, we will make an effort to do so whenever possible. Over the weekend and on holidays, orders are not processed. Newaz Enterprise retains the right to refuse your order or to change it without warning. Please read the delivery terms as well.
➤ POLICY FOR PHYSICAL DAMAGE
- Newaz Enterprise will effectively void warranty coverage for physical damage. Improper Installation, physical damage, burn case, removed or tempered stickers, damage caused by liquid, or mishandling of any product will void the warranty. As a result, Newaz Enterprise will return any physically damaged products back to the customer at the customer's expense
